Mortgage Valuations are a critical part of the home-buying and home-financing process. By partnering with a trusted valuation firm, you can ensure your clients receive a seamless process whilst making sure that you get all the information you need.Experience
We complete over 20,000 residential valuations a year working with over 200 lenders and asset managers.
Our valuers are experienced in providing:- Owner-occupied and buy-to-let loan security valuations (first charge and second charge)
- Bridging loan valuations
- Light refurbishment valuations
- HMO and multi-unit valuations
- Residential portfolio valuations
- Asset management valuations
Coverage
We have over 80 internal valuers providing coverage throughout England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Building Relationships
Our Relationship Team will work with you to build a strong relationship, and be on hand to deal with any instructions, queries, or support you may need.
We utilise CoreLogic Survey Hub for our instruction management system and can receive instructions through Quest, Valuation Exchange, or email. You will receive regular updates from our Relationship Team on the status of any instructions.
Audit and Compliance
Our Audit and Compliance team can work with you to ensure that our reporting meets your needs. Completed valuations are quality checked to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Payment
We have multiple payment models to suit your requirements. We can either take payment from clients directly or we can invoice you monthly.
KPI Reporting
We will provide monthly data analysis to demonstrate service levels across turnaround, internal auditing, and post-valuation queries.
